Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking it's best please follow the advice listed below:

Keep it dry. Most of our jewellery is made with metals that will tarnish quickly if they get wet. To prevent moisture damage to your jewellery please take it off before showering or sleeping.
Avoid lotions or perfumes. If you are wearing lotions or perfumes with your jewellery please apply them and allow them to dry completely before wearing your jewellery.
Cleaning advice. To clean your jewellery please use a dry soft cloth and gently rub the patches that are oxidising. This is usually enough to clear off any discolouration build up. Sterling silver chains can be dipped in silver dip to restore their shine.

Storage. Store in a sealed, dry place. If your order comes in a box we recommend keeping it for storage as they are perfect for the job. Other suggestions are cellophane or grip seal bags. This slows down oxidisation.

Jewellery Longevity

Our jewellery is mainly made from non-precious or semi-precious metals. All metals are listed in the descriptions for each product. Oxidisation occurs to all metals over time. They can be kept shiny and untarnished for a long time if the care advice is followed. We have customers who have been happily wearing their purchases regularly for many years.

Keyring Care

To keep your keyring from getting damaged please just consider being gentle with them and be mindful of the charm you have chosen becoming entangled with any other keyrings that you use.
